Fixed-Fee Tiers (Uncontested Matters Only)

Simple Estate– starting around $1,500
For uncontested estates with minimal assets and filings, such as small estate or affidavit-based matters.
Standard Estate or Trust– typically around $4,500
For uncontested probate or trust administration with typical asset structures.
Complex Estate or Trust– generally $7,500–$15,000
For matters involving multiple heirs, properties, or accounts.
High-Value or Business-Involved Estates– custom quoted (starting around $15,000)
For estates over $1,000,000 or those involving business interests or unique circumstances.

Every case is reviewed individually to ensure fair, predictable pricing based on complexity.
